BUT I KEEP APPLYING

If we have heard one statement a hundred times over it’s this one.

Is there anything more frustrating than being totally and utterly, repeatedly ignored?

You’re applying to jobs and getting no replies.

You’re spending hours on job sites and getting nowhere.

You’re worried about when the market is going to recover.

You’re not sure if you know what your Plan B is.

Sound like you?

I don’t have a magic wand, but I have some truths and honesty.

Applying to every single job advert that you see, is NOT going to fix this situation.

By applying for “hundreds” of jobs you are literally asking to be rejected. The truth is that with so few jobs available in the market, it is impossible to believe that there are 100 jobs out there that match your skills and experience.

Which means you are applying for the wrong jobs.

Which means that rejection is inevitable.

Putting yourself in the firing line will not make you feel better, it will in fact do the exact opposite.

We can’t fix your job search, but we can offer insights into the reality of the situation.

We can also tell you who you need to be when this turns.

We can’t offer you a job. We can offer you help.

Take the help.
